Congratulations to Joeline, Sue and Heidi (Heidi was repeating a Course conducted someone else), who along with Matu, a Master Student completed the last Reiki I Course.  As I run the Course over a period of time, you can really see the effects it is having on their personal lives; establishing the discipline of Self Reiki and sharing all the experiences along the way. We also examine and review the different techniques and have time for deepening our knowledge of Reiki.  It allows the student to be fully supported during this time and Joeline, Matu and Heidi also joined us at our Reiki Development Day.

There may be many different reasons why people wish to do a Reiki Refresher Course. Sometimes it is that they wish to be reconnected to Reiki after a long absence, or they feel they didn't get enough information from a previous course. Sometimes it's because

they wish to go on to Reiki II with me after learning Reiki I elsewhere and, on enquiring how many tunings have they received and what techniques they know, they will need to repeat Reiki I before proceeding to the next stage. It maybe that they are a Reiki III or Master Student where it is part of the course requirement that they complete 2 Reiki I and II Courses. I have observed that people seem to enjoy the experiences of a Refresher Course more than their first experience and go more deeply into their connection with Reiki.

Reiki I Course

14th April 2018 – four day course one or two days a week.

Reiki II Course

12th May 2018 – four day course one or two days a week.

The study and practice of Reiki is first and foremost about allowing you to remember that you are your own best healer, and that goes for everyone of us.  Reiki I gives you techniques to enhance your own healing abilities, and at this first level it is about healing your physical self and practicing on family, friends and animals, establishing Reiki in your own life and allowing the Spiritual Energy that is Reiki to enhance your relationships with others.  Reiki works in your touch, through your eyes and in the words that you speak. If you have a desire to learn more please be in contact.

If you are learning with someone else please make sure that your course includes the many Reiki techniques that are available especially Gassho and Kenyoku, and that they have four tunings for Reiki I and three for Reiki II.

I learnt Reiki I in March 1990, Reiki II in July 1994 and became a Reiki Master in November 1999 and have been teaching Reiki since then.  I have attended Reiki gatherings along the way organized by my Reiki Master.  As a Reiki Master it is my duty but also my pleasure to have Reiki gatherings and to encourage all Reiki Channels to have regular Reiki treatments, as well as maintaining their self Reiki discipline.
